Casalta, the vinegar you need

If right now we walked into the kitchen, stood in front of the sink, crouched down, opened a worn-out cabinet under the counter, moved aside the cooking oil, the dish soap, and a bunch of random pots… way in the back — even behind the drainpipe — we’d probably find a bottle of vinegar.
And if we try to recall it while making our shopping list, chances are it lives just as deep in our memory. Even if we do remember it, finding it on a supermarket shelf isn’t much easier. That’s how forgotten this category is: we can’t even recall a single vinegar commercial. There probably isn’t one.
